Yes. Benley Cleaning Ltd holds SafeContractor approval and is ISO 45001 certified for occupational health and safety. All operatives are DBS checked. We can provide documentation on request.

Office Cleaning
Most offices benefit from at least two cleans per week, with daily cleaning recommended for high-footfall workplaces — reception areas, hot-desking offices, or premises with kitchen facilities used by large teams. We'll recommend a schedule based on your staff count and how the space is used during the site survey.
Yes. The majority of our office cleaning contracts operate either early morning (from 6am) or evening (from 6pm). Weekend scheduling is also available. We offer key-holder service for sites that need access when no staff are present.
A standard office clean covers all desk and workstation surfaces, telephones and keyboards, internal glass and partitions, kitchen and breakout areas, toilets and welfare facilities, vacuuming and mopping all floor surfaces, bin emptying, reception, and meeting rooms. We can tailor the scope to include or exclude specific areas.

Block Management & Communal Areas
Block management cleaning covers all communal areas: entrance lobbies, internal stairwells and corridors, lift interiors (including tracks and thresholds), bin stores, communal toilets where present, cycle storage, and external paths and entranceways.
Yes — this is a common arrangement. We work with managing agents across West Yorkshire who have portfolios of 10, 20, or 50-plus buildings. You get a single account manager, consolidated reporting, and consistent standards across all sites.
Reactive requests — including spillages, vandalism, fly-tipping, and biohazard incidents — are handled outside the regular contract schedule. We aim to respond within 24 hours across our West Yorkshire coverage area.
For residential blocks we typically recommend weekly cleaning as a minimum, with twice-weekly visits for larger buildings or those with higher foot traffic. Bin stores and external areas may require a different frequency. We'll advise after a site visit.
Hospitality & Bar Cleaning
We regularly start hospitality cleans from 5am across Leeds. For venues that close at 4am or 5am, we can schedule a same-morning clean with a later start time — usually 7am or 8am depending on the venue's requirements.
Yes. We provide one-off post-event cleans for bars, restaurants, private hire venues, and event spaces. We typically need 48 hours' notice to confirm availability. For recurring events — such as weekly club nights — we can set up a regular contract.
Yes. All operatives working in hospitality venues receive training in food safety awareness and COSHH regulations. We can provide COSHH data sheets for the products we use, which can be included in your EHO inspection documentation.
Deep Cleaning
A regular clean maintains surface-level cleanliness. A deep clean goes further: inside cupboards, behind equipment, grout lines, skirting boards, light fittings, inside ovens, window tracks, wall surfaces. It takes significantly longer and uses more intensive products and equipment.
Yes. We provide end-of-tenancy deep cleans for landlords, letting agents, and tenants across Leeds and West Yorkshire. We produce a photographic record before and after the clean, which can support deposit return decisions.
A post-construction clean removes construction dust, plaster splatter, adhesive residue, grouting haze, paint marks, protective film on glass and surfaces, and general debris. It requires specialist equipment and chemicals.

Facilities Management
Beyond cleaning, we can coordinate routine FM and one-off maintenance including fire alarm and AOV testing, waste removal, electrical maintenance, joinery, plumbing, landscaping, jet washing, and window cleaning — giving you a single point of contact for your building.
Yes. We can arrange routine fire alarm testing and AOV (smoke vent) testing as part of a facilities management arrangement. We work with qualified contractors and can manage scheduling and documentation on your behalf.
