Benley Cleaning Ltd is a commercial cleaning company based in West Yorkshire. Founded by Benjamin and Hailey Clare, we have been serving offices, residential blocks, hospitality venues, and managed properties across Leeds, Bradford, Wakefield, and Huddersfield for over eight years. We work with businesses of all sizes — from a single-floor city-centre office to managing agents responsible for portfolios of blocks across the region.
The business was built around a straightforward observation: that commercial cleaning should be reliable by default, not by exception. Too many businesses in West Yorkshire have experienced the same cycle — a new contractor who impresses in the first few weeks, then gradually lets standards drop. Different operatives turning up each time, no consistent point of contact, complaints that get acknowledged but never properly resolved. Benley Cleaning was set up to fix that.
We assign dedicated cleaning teams to each contract. The same operatives visit every time, which means they know the site, they know the preferences of the client, and they take ownership of the standard. Every client has a named account manager — a single direct contact, not a call centre — with a clear path to resolution if anything needs addressing.
We use eco-friendly cleaning products and methods throughout our work. These are selected to be safe for building occupants and staff while delivering results that hold up to professional standards. We are also members of the Federation of Master Cleaners, SafeContractor accredited, and ISO 45001 certified — providing procurement teams and facilities managers with a straightforward, auditable supply chain choice.
All cleaning is carried out by our own employed operatives. We do not sub-contract. Every member of the team is DBS checked and trained before being placed on any contract, and each site receives a specific induction. We maintain COSHH data sheets, risk assessments, and method statements for every contract, available to clients on request for managing agent and H&S inspection requirements.
Benley Cleaning is locally owned and operated in West Yorkshire. There is no national head office, no franchise structure, and no call centre. That keeps us fast, flexible, and accountable in a way that national contractors cannot match. And if you are ever not satisfied with a visit, we will return and put it right — at no charge.
